Implementation Practice

NIRN supports the capacity development of practitioners, organizations, and communities to effectively implement evidence within human services, including early childhood, health, education, child welfare, and others. Specifically, we provide training, coaching, and consultation support in how to apply implementation frameworks and strategies, such as the Active Implementation Frameworks (AIFs).
Our services aim to empower our partners to build a generalizable skill set to use within their current initiatives and future strategic efforts.
A continuum of services is available. For each service option, a detailed and contextualized scope of work is co-created with our partners to ensure services are relevant, leverage existing strengths, and meet the needs and intended outcomes of the community.
